I was a bit nervous to try this place after reading all the negative reviews I had seen, but I was thoroughly impressed. I had the Ravioli alla Bolognese with the house Merlot. The sauce was very flavorful and had a good amount of meat in it. The pasta, al dente of course. I'm not a big fan of red wines, but I enjoyed the Merlot very much. The atmosphere was excellent, and the wait staff was quite pleasant. As for the former revues with heavy critique: it's a busy Saturday night in the North End... you have to expect a bit of brusque-ness in the wait staff. Check this place out for yourself, I think you'll like it.
